 Portland Winter Festival  - Mainers revel in winter!

When travelling in Maine, with Maine Day Trip, the highlight of each trip has always been a great opportunity to enjoy a memorable meal in a memorable location.  Whether you are in Portland, Camden, or Kennebunkport there are many great eating establishments to choose from.  Maine is quickly becoming one of the great foodie capitals in the nation.

On New Year's Eve, my friends and I had dinner at The Grill Room in Portland's Old Port.  We had a great time and an excellent meal.  The food, service and atmosphere were perfect!

The Hartstone Inn (Camden) is recommended for a stay and an inspired meal.  I stayed overnight in November 2007 and this 1835 Victorian B&B is very special.  Check out The Blog here.  I am looking forward to another stay.
